Description
Rosso di Montalcino di Siro Pacenti comes from vineyards located on the hills of Montalcino.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and then the wine ages in barriques for 12 months, before being bottled.
This Rosso di Montalcino is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red berry fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is structured and balanced, with pleasantly pronounced tannins.
Perfect to accompany dishes based on meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with red meats and aged cheeses.
