The Verdejo Vendimia Nocturna Faustino V is a Spanish white wine from Rueda made from Verdejo grapes grown at an altitude between 600 and 700 meters. The vineyards are situated on soils consisting mainly of gravel and sand with a limestone subsoil, features that ensure excellent drainage and impart a typical minerality to the wine. The harvest takes place exclusively at night to best preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes.

The winemaking process involves controlled fermentation in conical vats, with aging on fine lees and frequent bâtonnage. This technique enhances the wine's structure and complexity, providing it with greater volume on the palate and refinement in its aromas. The enological approach aims to emphasize the varietal freshness and regional typicality of Verdejo.

Visually, it presents a golden yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of tropical and ripe stone fruits, accompanied by citrus notes and herbal hints. The palate is powerful and structured, with persistent flavors of apple, pear, and exotic fruit, enriched by a light creamy and almond-like note due to lees aging.
