Description
The Salento Negroamaro Terrain of Paolo Leo was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the municipality of San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi.
It is produced with 100% Negroamaro grapes, manually harvested in boxes in the first week of September. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ° C for 8-10 days. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Paolo Leo's Salento Negroamaro Terrain has an intense red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of fresh fruit reminiscent of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany first courses and roasts, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and game.
