Description

The Salento Primitivo of Vigne San Donaci was born among the company vineyards located in the municipality of San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi.

It is obtained only from Primitivo grapes, whose vinification takes place traditionally in red. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 5 months in steel and for another 30 days in glass, before being released onto the market.

It has an intense ruby red color. It expresses a bouquet dominated by hints of ripe red fruits that recall strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. On the palate and soft in the tannic component and pleasantly persistent.

Perfect with tasty first courses, especially if seasoned with meat sauce. Try it with grilled red meat and aged cheeses.
