Salento IGT Rosato Rosapotenti 2015 Tenuta Potenti

The Salento Rosato Rosapotenti of the Potenti estate was born in vineyards located in Piana di Manduria, in the province of Taranto.

It is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the second ten days of September. After the destemming-crushing and a short maceration at low temperature, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 13-14 ° C, for about 20 days. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel silos for at least 3 months, before being bottled.

The Rosapotenti of Tenuta Potenti has an intense pink color, limpid and bright. The nose opens with intense aromas of rose, violet and cherry. On the palate it is fresh and soft, persisting in the finish with a good return of fruity tones.

Recommended in combination with fish, crustaceans and molluscs, this rosé wine is recommended to accompany unseasoned cheeses and white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif.
