Description
The Sangiovese Appassimento Aprimondo was born on the hills of Romagna.
The pure Sangiovese grapes are dried in the loft for 60 days, then pressed and macerated for 8-10 days. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks and lasts 10 days.
Ruby red in color with violet reflections, it expresses aromas of blackberry and ripe cherry on the nose, enriched by spicy scents. The sip is rich and concentrated, with a pleasant finish.
Excellent with red meats and spicy dishes.
