Description

Grillo by Feudi del Pisciotto is a fresh and fruity white wine, produced in Niscemi with 100% Grillo grapes, one of the most representative native vines of Sicily. It is part of the Colori di Sicilia line, dedicated to the historical vines of the island, with a label that recalls the sea through brushstrokes of blue inspired by the ceramics of the master Giacomo Alessi.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic integrity. It is then refined for four months in steel and two months in the bottle. The vineyards are located at about 100 meters above sea level, with a limited yield to favor the quality of the grapes.

It has a more or less intense straw yellow color. On the nose it offers a fruity bouquet of white peaches, tropical fruit, honey and almonds, enriched by floral notes of jasmine and flowery meadows. On the palate it is rich, fresh, with a pleasant mineral flavor and a good aromatic persistence.

It pairs perfectly with fish, molluscs, crustaceans, delicate cured meats, white meats and oriental dishes.
