Description
The Nero d'Avola Sicily The Moro di Valle dell'Acate is born in vineyards located in the Ragusa area of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.
It is produced with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The vinification takes place traditionally in red, after which the wine ages in wood and steel, remaining in the bottle for at least 9-12 months to refine its organoleptic characteristics.
It has a bright ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with pleasant fruity hints of morello cherry and raspberry that stand out against a background of well-balanced spices. On the palate it is full and warm, with elegant tannins that accompany a persistent finish.
Perfect with meat dishes and game, it is ideal in combination with roasts and aged cheeses.
