Description
The Nero d'Avola Sicily of the Tenute Ibidini line of Valle dell'Acate comes from vineyards located in the Ragusa municipality of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.
It is produced entirely with Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested and selected by hand in early September. Vinification takes place traditionally in red, after which the wine ages in steel for 6 months before being bottled.
This Nero d'Avola is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of small red fruits, enriched with pleasant notes of licorice, leather and wild. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and velvety.
Perfect to combine not too elaborate meat dishes, it is ideal to accompany grilled vegetables.
