Description
Sicily La Clarissa di Rallo was born in vineyards, organically run, located in the municipality of Alcamo, in the province of Trapani.
It is made entirely from Syrah grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in late September. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in steel for 6 months and for another month in bottle before being released on the market.
It has an intense red color, with evident purple reflections. The nose opens with elegant hints of blackberry and black currant jam. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and soft.
Ideal in combination with game, it is perfect to accompany roasts and aged cheeses.
