Description
"Vecchie Viti" Soave by Inama is produced from a selection of Garganega grapes grown in the Carbonare area, on east and northeast-facing slopes at 250 meters above sea level. The vines, aged between 25 and 65 years, have roots that penetrate volcanic-origin soils composed of basaltic lava, which give the wine a pronounced mineral and territorial imprint.
In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo a short maceration, followed by static must settling. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel, and the wine matures on fine lees for about a year with frequent bâtonnage, contributing to the complexity and structure of its organoleptic profile.
The wine presents with a vertical and direct character, supported by a balance between acidity and aroma that enhances its floral notes, citrus fruits, and a distinct saline minerality. The finish immediately invites the next sip, making it particularly engaging and harmonious.
Perfect when paired with steamed fish, fresh cheeses, or vegetable-based first courses.
