Description

The Soave Classico Fittà is part of the Peaks & Valleys line by Villa Della Torre, the winery of Marilisa Allegrini. This white wine is produced from vineyards located at an altitude of 255 meters on volcanic origin terrains, characterized by black basalts. This composition gives the wine great minerality and structure.

The winemaking process takes place exclusively in steel for six months, followed by a two-month refinement in the bottle, preserving the varietal purity of Garganega and the expressiveness of the terroir.

It presents with a bright yellow color; the nose reveals notes of white peach, wildflowers, and a subtle mineral spiciness. The taste is full and savory, with an enveloping structure and a long, harmonious finish.
