Description
The Soave I Palchi by Inama comes from a selection of micro-parcels located on the terraces of Monte Foscarino, characterized by old pergolas of Garganega. These historic vineyards, cultivated between 30 and 70 years of age, are located at about 200 meters of altitude with an east and north-east exposure, on volcanic soils composed of lava basalt.
The grapes are harvested by hand and cooled in the cellar before the manual selection of the berries. After a brief maceration in press, the must is vinified separately: part in stainless steel and part in large barrels. This process allows to preserve the aromatic integrity and to develop structure and balance, enhancing the uniqueness of the Foscarino terroir.
The wine presents an elegant and harmonious profile. On the nose, the purity of the fruit stands out, with complex aromas of white flowers, cedar, and a subtle mineral note of flint. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and enveloping, with a refined structure that prolongs the taste persistence.
It pairs excellently with shellfish, delicate risottos, and light preparations of white meats.
