Description

The Spumante Brut Classic Method of the Dal Cero Winery was born in the Corte Giacobbe estate, located in the hilly area of Roncà, in the Veneto region, on the slopes of the Lessini mountains.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually between the second and third week of September. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks, with bâtonnage of noble lees 2 times a week. Then the second bottle fermentation takes place on selected yeasts for about 20 months.

This sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with elegant greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with elegant floral and fruity scents, enriched by a subtle and delicate fragrance of yeast. On the palate it is soft, complex and persistent, with pleasant flavors of bread crust.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect in combination with appetizers, light first courses and fish and shellfish dishes.
