Description
The Ca 'd'Or Charmat Brut Blanc de Blancs method sparkling wine originates from 100% Riesling grapes, grown on the slopes of Rocca de Giorgi, on clayey and mineral soils, at an altitude of 250-400 meters above sea level. sea.
It is made up of 90% Italico Riesling grapes and 10% Renano Riesling grapes, which ferment in small steel tanks. The refermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Charmat method for at least 90 days.
In the glass it has a golden straw yellow color with amber reflections. The nose insists on fruity and balsamic hints, interspersed with exotic nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced, with pleasant almond hints.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent to be enjoyed throughout the meal.
