Vino Spumante di Qualità Pas Dosé Zero Metodo Classico 2009 Bellaguardia

The Pas Dosé Zero Classic Method Sparkling Wine from the Bellaguardia farm was born in the renowned vineyards located in the southern slope of the hill of the Romeo and Juliet castle in Veneto.

It is produced from Pinot Bianco and Durella grapes, carefully picked and selected in boxes with cooling in the cold room. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C, while the refermentation takes place in the bottle. Subsequently the wine ages on selected yeasts for at least 36 months. Thus was born Zero; a pas dosé without any addition of sugars and sulphites in disgorgement.

Pas Dosé Zero is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant and delicate bouquet of ripe fruit, white flowers and bread crust. On the palate it has a fine texture, a pleasantly dry taste, with hints of unripe apricot, licorice and pineapple.

Excellent to serve during quick aperitifs based on crostini with aged cheeses and snacks, it is ideal to accompany second courses based on baked fish and roast pork.
