Description

The Non-Alcoholic Rosé Sparkling Wine by Franc Lizêr is an elegant alcohol-free alternative produced in Friuli-Venezia Giulia from Glera and Merlot grapes. Thanks to dealcoholization through selective membrane filtration, the wine retains all the aromatic richness and structure of the original grapes, maintaining a refined profile with less than 0.5% alcohol.

After a brief fermentation and six months of aging on fine lees with frequent batonnage, the wine is alcohol-free and subsequently filtered to ensure clarity. The fine and persistent perlage is supported by a pressure of 4.5-5 bar, while the residual sugar is balanced by a marked acidity, for a dynamic and creamy sip.

It shows a pale pink color with fine and brilliant bubbles. The bouquet is fragrant and complex, with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, dog rose, red currants, and lychee. On the palate, it is fresh, soft, and balanced, with a long and floral finish recalling peach blossoms and a pleasant sensation of lightness.

Perfect with avocado and shrimp mousse, beef carpaccio, or risotto with prosecco and strawberries.
