Description
The Blanc De Noirs Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine from the Monte Saline Company was born in the prestigious Verona wine area, in Veneto.
It is produced 80% from Pinot Noir grapes and 20% from Corvina grapes all selected and harvested manually. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C, then refines on its fine lees for 60 days with weekly Batonnage. Once the refinement is completed, the Cuvée is created which will referment in the bottle with selected yeasts. The maturation will take place for 24 months on the lees, in bottles kept at constant temperature. At the end of the maturation, the remuage on wooden pupitres will take place daily for about 40 days.
Blanc De Noirs Classic Method Brut Sparkling Wine is characterized by a bright yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant and wide bouquet of ripe fruits. On the palate it is balanced and pleasantly harmonious.
Perfect to accompany white meats and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
