Description

Cantina Bolzano's Südtirol Blauburgunder was born in vineyards located in Renon and Laitago, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in part in oak barrels, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherry, raspberry and plum, enriched with notes of violet and licorice. On the palate it is fruity, moderately structured and silky, rightly tannic.

Perfect to accompany beef and feathered game, it is ideal in combination with semi-mature cheeses.
