Description

Pinot Bianco di Blumenfeld is obtained with grapes harvested from selected vineyards located in the Oltradige and Bassa Atesina areas, in a clayey and sandy soil, ideal for the viticulture of these grapes.

The bunches are harvested by the first half of September, then a soft pressing follows. The vinification takes place in steel, both for the fermentation and aging phases.

In the glass it is a beautiful straw yellow with greenish reflections. At sight it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose brings fruity hints of white plum and pineapple, accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn.

An excellent white wine as an aperitif, it is ideal in the company of asparagus and shellfish. Try it with a plate of spaghetti allo scoglio.
