Description

Schiava Hexenbichler from the Tramin winery is produced in the surroundings of Termeno, the native cradle of this native South Tyrolean grape par excellence.

The grapes are grown on the hills surrounding the town, with an altitude of between 300 and 450 meters above sea level and clayey limestone soils. Following the destemming and pressing of the grapes, the must carries out alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel. The remainder of the winemaking continues within the same material.

It has a ruby red color of great transparency and brightness. The fruity stamp determines its aroma with notes of wild strawberry, raspberries and crunchy red fruits. The sip is slightly tannic and very fresh. It closes in a great pleasantness with the same fruity character shown on the nose.
