Description

The Alto Adige Terlano Pinot Bianco Pratum of Castel Sallegg was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Caldaro, in the province of Bolzano.

It is obtained exclusively from Pinot Bianco grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-18 ° C. Subsequently, most of the wine ages for 9 months in steel and the remaining for 9 months in large French oak barrels.

The Pratum has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with pleasing fruity aromas of peach and exotic fruit, enriched with spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish-based appetizers, first and second courses, this white can also be combined with white meats.
