Südtirol - Alto Adige Val Venosta DOC Weissburgunder 2016 Falkenstein

From the steep mountain terrains of South Tyrol, the finesse of this Pinot Blanc comes, sculpted in flavor and freshness.

It originates from Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested from vineyards spread over 3 hectares of surface, at an altitude between 600 and 900 meters. The wine ferments and refines, for about 10 months, in acacia wood barrels. A further 6 months in the bottle complete its maturation.

Delicately fruity and floral aromas rise from the straw yellow glass, reminiscent of white peach and linden. The taste is clearly fresh and sapid, supported by a medium body and a softness that brings balance.

To be combined with a salmon tartare.
