Description

The Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva Maso Cervara di Cavit was born in vineyards located in the Campo Rotaliano, in the Trentino municipality of Mezzolombardo. The products of the Maso line represent the excellence of Cavit production: real "crus" linked to a well-defined territory, particularly suited to the production of specific vines.

It is produced exclusively with Teroldego grapes, a native Trentino grape variety, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After traditional fermentation in red, with maceration in contact with the skins, the wine ages for 15 months in barriques and for a short period in glass, before being released on the market.

It has an extremely dense and impenetrable ruby red color, with violet hues. The nose opens with intense aromas of red fruits and violet. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with a good structure, with a pleasantly intense aftertaste of blackberry and blueberry.

Perfect to accompany roasted red meats and game, this wine is ideal in combination with very mature cheeses.
