Description

The Teroldego Riserva of the Cantina Rotaliana comes from the vineyards of the Rotaliana plain, in Trentino.

It consists of pure Teroldego grapes, coming from vineyards over 40 years of age. The soil is pebbly and sandy, with a layered structure that makes it particularly draining. At the end of September, the bunches are harvested by hand and sent to vinification in the cellar. At the end of the fermentation in steel, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 24 months. A final period of 6 months in the bottle makes the wine ready for marketing.

Ruby red in the glass. The nose catches notes of fleshy red fruit such as raspberry and cherry. In the mouth the good structure balances the vivid freshness and a light tannin.

Ideal to accompany a roast pork with rosemary potatoes.
