Description

Hedòs Bianco by Cantina Tollo is a wine that celebrates the Abruzzese tradition through the exclusive use of native grapes, Pecorino and Cococciola, grown in the region's vineyards. The result of the union between oenological culture and sensory pleasure, this white wine is made to represent the simple and genuine soul of the territory, conveying freshness and conviviality from the first sip.

The winemaking process involves cold maceration followed by gentle pressing, clarification of the must, and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This approach helps to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes, creating an elegant, balanced wine rich in nuances that express the varietal identity.

Pale and bright lemon in color, on the nose it stands out for a complex bouquet of citrus, lemon, and grapefruit, with notes of white peach, boxwood, and elderflower. On the palate, it presents a perfect balance between fruity intensity, saline freshness, and moderate alcohol content, with a long and persistent finish.

It pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes, enhancing light preparations with delicate flavors.
