Hedòs Rosato from Cantina Tollo is born from Montepulciano grapes and other red berry varieties grown in Abruzzo vineyards, expressing in every glass the authentic identity of the territory. It is a wine designed to celebrate the beauty of small daily pleasures, embodying the philosophy of "carpe diem" through freshness, balance, and contemporary style.
The winemaking process involves cold maceration of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation of the clarified must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This methodology allows for a rosé of great aromatic precision and expressive purity, capable of telling the story of the grape and its environment.
It presents itself with a pale salmon color, fresh and luminous. The bouquet offers notes of orange peel, white peach, grapefruit, and elderflower. On the palate, the lively acidity harmonizes with a medium body and fruity flavors, culminating in a long finish with pleasant savory notes.
It is ideal paired with seafood appetizers, fish carpaccios, and summer salads with crustaceans.
