Description
BioVegan Frappato by Cantine Nicosia is an organic red wine made from carefully selected Frappato grapes, typical of south-eastern Sicily. This label represents an authentic interpretation of a native vine, enhanced through sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. It is a wine with a modern character but deeply linked to the island's winemaking tradition.
The winemaking process is carried out according to methods that respect nature, with controlled fermentation aimed at preserving the integrity of the fruit. The entire process follows organic and vegan protocols, to guarantee a natural product, without compromising on quality. The attention paid to each phase of the process allows for an expressive and immediately enjoyable wine.
It has a ruby red color with bright purple reflections. On the nose it offers an intense aromatic profile, with typical notes of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by floral accents and hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh, soft and fruity, with a great drinkability that invites the next sip.
Perfect with tempura vegetables, couscous tabbouleh, caprese salad, pasta alla Norma or aubergine parmigiana.
