Description
The Terre Siciliane Grillo Coste in Preola di Gorghi Tondi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Mazara del Vallo, in the magical slice of Sicilian land that is located within the Preola Lake Nature Reserve.
It is produced exclusively with Grillo grapes, harvested only by hand during the third decade of August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 3 months. Subsequently the wine ages for 1-2 months in the bottle.
Coste a Preola is characterized by a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and intense bouquet, with hints of passion fruit, mint, pineapple and white peach. On the palate it is full, pleasantly soft and fragrant, with a balanced body and good persistence.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, fish and raw fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish.
