Description

Terre Siciliane Syrah by Baglio di Grìsi was born in Monreale, in the province of Palermo.

It is obtained from 100% Syrah grapes, harvested and selected by hand at the beginning of September. The grapes are de-stemmed and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks for approx. 15 days at a temperature of approx. 24 ° C, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine thus obtained is then aged in steel for 4 months and for at least 2 months in the bottle.

It has a purple red color. It opens on the nose with enveloping aromas of cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is full-bodied and with a pleasant fruity finish.

This red wine is perfect to accompany savory risottos, roasted red meats and game.
