Description

Congiura is a wine inspired by the conspiracy of the Pazzi conspiracy. hatched by the Florentine family of bankers de 'Pazzi to crush the Medici hegemony. It originates from medium-textured soils. with good presence of limestone and skeleton.

It is produced from Pinot Grigio grapes. Chardonnay and Riesling harvested manually in boxes at the right degree of ripeness. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature for 50% in steel and 50% in tonneaux. Refinement follows in the same containers for 6 months and, after assembly, refinement. for a further 3 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow in color, the nose expresses minerality, notes of apple and plum, accompanied by hints of acacia and hawthorn flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, round and persistent.

It is suitable with fresh cheeses, well-seasoned white meats and shellfish-based first courses.
