Toscana IGT AssaiRosa 2015 Fattoria di Luiano

AssaiRosa wine was born in the vineyards of Fattoria di Luiano, located in Mercatale Val di Pesa, in the province of Florence. This rosé is a successful experiment of the company that aims to offer an interesting and original perspective, in the wake of the French rosés, of the prince of Tuscany.

In fact, it is obtained exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected by hand. After a slight maturation on the skins, the wine is left to age in steel for about 5 months, before being bottled.

AssaiRosa di Luiano is proposed with a beautiful soft pink color, with violet notes. The nose expresses fresh scents of exotic fruit, where pink grapefruit, mango and passion fruit are the masters. In the mouth it shows excellent softness and good acidity, well accompanied by a respectable body, for a persistent and fruity finish.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it also goes well with light appetizers and fresh cheeses.
