Description
The Gagliole Bianco was born in the splendid hilly frame of Castellina in Chianti, where the Antico Podere di Gagliole company is located.
This wine is made by blending Procanico, Malvasia and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand in small boxes. The vinification is carried out in new French oak barriques, where the evolutionary phase sur lies also takes place , fully maturing on the lees.
Gagliole Bianco is characterized by a beautiful straw yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose offers a refined floral bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit and spices that emerge while the wine opens in the glass. In the mouth it shows a good sapid vein and an excellent structure, well seasoned with a general harmony and delicate woody and spicy notes on the finish of the mouth.
Excellent with white meat, also well seasoned and with roasted fish dishes. It also goes well with very elaborate first courses.
