Description
The Toscana Bianco Oriolus di Bindi Sergardi was born in the historic Querciatello vineyards of the Fattoria di Mocenni, located on the Sienese hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga.
It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia and a small part of Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The must obtained by destemming and pressing of the grapes ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Subsequently the wine is aged in the same containers for a few months before being bottled.
Oriolus is characterized by a paper white color with golden reflections. The wine has an intense bouquet, with pleasant fruity hints of peach and pear. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, fruity and with a good acidity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
