Description
Toscana Bianco Il Bianco di Brancaia comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Radda in Chianti.
It is mainly produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes and Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested by hand in late August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 5 months on the lees before being bottled.
White is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a pleasant fruity bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a pleasantly balanced acidity.
Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses, mushroom risotto and white meats.
