Description

Le Ginestre is a sunny white, where the Tuscany of reds also highlights a good attitude towards whites.

The blend is divided into Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, giving the international berries a territorial expression. After being vinified in steel, it refines for a couple of months, then it is bottled and left in the bottle for another 4 months.

Straw yellow with good intensity, the nose shows floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of elderberry, gooseberry and peach, with a subtle reference to the typical herbaceous trace of the Sauvignon. In the mouth it is balanced, moderately soft and with good freshness.

To be combined with a seafood risotto.
