Description
The Tuscan white wine Le Stinche is produced by Fattoria di Lamole in the Bracciano vineyards, at almost 700 meters above sea level The winery has been owned by the Socci family for centuries and is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, in Greve in Chianti, in the province of Florence. Lamole is a small area on the slopes of Monte San Michele, where the Lamulae have been called the plots of flat land on a steep slope for centuries.
It is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc which, once in the cellar, first undergo a cryomacerazinoe (5-10 ° C) which lasts 48 hours, followed by decantation and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing is 6 months in steel, followed by 9 months in the bottle.
Straw yellow in colour, it has a nose reminiscent of citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh and mineral, with excellent persistence.
Exquisite aperitif wine, it also goes very well with fish and white meats, as well as vegetable soups and semi-aged cheeses.
