Description
The Rosso Rosso Belcore of the I Giusti & Zanza winery was born in vineyards located on the gentle hills of Fauglia, on the coast of Tuscany. Giusti & Zanza Wines are the perfect expression of the territory, cultivating the vineyards only in organic farming.
It is produced 80% with Sangiovese grapes and 20% with Merlot grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques, with maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 27-30 ° C for 18-21 days. The wine ages in barriques for 10 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle.
Belcore is characterized by an intense ruby color, with violet shades. The nose opens with elegant violet aromas, enriched with pleasant blackberry hints. On the palate it has a long and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
