Description

The Toscana Rosso Dulcamara of the I Giusti & Zanza winery is born in vineyards located on the gentle hills of Fauglia, on the coast of Tuscany. Giusti & Zanza Wines are the perfect expression of the territory, cultivating the vineyards only in organic farming.

It is produced 70% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 25% with Merlot grapes and 5% with Petit Verdot grapes. Fermentation takes place in barriques, with maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 27-30 ° C for 22-28 days. The wine ages in barriques for 18 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle.

Dulcamara is characterized by an intense red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with the classic perfumes of Cabernet, with hints of cherry and blackberry, enriched with delicate notes of raisins. On the palate it is soft and pleasantly delicate, with a large body and great tannic richness. The wine has a long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
