Description
The Toscana Rosso Nicole di Cosimo Maria Masini was born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of San Minato, an ancient medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, in the province of Pisa, along the route of the Via Francigena, land of wines and white truffles.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes. After a 6-day maceration on the skins, the must ferments in French oak barrels and barriques, without the use of selected chemical additives and yeasts, where it remains for the aging of about 6 months
It is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant cherry aromas, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is fruity, pleasantly rich and with soft and delicate tannins. The wine has a fresh, persistent and balanced body.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses and red meats.
