Description
Onirico is a Tuscan red wine made from Sangiovese grapes and a small percentage of Ciliegiolo, sourced from the vineyards of Castelnuovo Berardenga. The result of the evolution of the Prima Domus project, it represents the younger and more dynamic spirit of the selection, inspired by the idea of a dream turning into reality, symbolized by the figure of Morpheus on the label.
The grapes are hand-harvested in the second week of September and undergo vinification in steel, with a short maceration of 10 days. This oenological choice allows for a fresh, fragrant, and immediate wine, where the varietal expression of Sangiovese is highlighted in all its authenticity, while maintaining a lean and versatile profile.
The color is vibrant ruby red. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherry and red orange, enriched by floral notes of violet and rosehip. On the palate, it impresses with its freshness and ease of drinking, with crisp tannins and an agile structure that leads to a harmonious and inviting finish.
Perfect to accompany Tuscan appetizers or flavorful first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
