Description

The Symbiotic of Tenuta Rubbia al Colle was born in the splendid vineyards of the company, located in the splendid setting near Suvereto.

This wine is obtained almost exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected in September. After a maceration in steel for about 5 days and the fermentation processes, the product is left to age for 12 months in steel before being bottled.

The Symbiotic has a bright ruby red color. The nose carries typical aromas of cherry, plum and violet. On the palate, following the company's philosophy, it shows a light body and delicate tannins, which accompany towards a delicate and fruity finish.

It goes very well with pies and vegetable dishes. Also excellent with white meats with delicate sauces.
