Description

The Toscana Rosso Soffocone di Natale by Bibi Graetz is crafted from vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, on the hills overlooking the stunning city of Florence. It is produced with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino grapes.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with daily punch-downs. Subsequently, the wine ages in barriques for 15 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of forest fruits, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of cocoa. On the palate, it appears pleasantly soft and round, with balanced tannins.

Perfect for accompanying red meats and game, it is ideal with aged cheeses.
