Description

Vermentino Valentina is produced in the Livorno region of Tuscany, in the Val di Cornia. Precisely, the winery is located in Suvereto, where it leads vineyards according to an organic farming method and vinifies red and white berried grapes while preserving the identity of the grape in its fully territorial expression.

The Vermentino vineyards are located on hills of 100 meters above sea level, defined by a sandy and clayey soil, with abundant presence of stones. After completing the fermentation process in steel tanks, the wine ages in the same for 6 months. Another 3 months in the bottle make it ready for marketing.

In its straw yellow color, it opens to the nose with hints of tropical fruit and white flowers, on a texture of fragrant and fresh aromatic herbs. The taste is moderately structured, sapid and fresh, persistent in elegant fruity and floral tones.
