Description
The Toscana Rosso Vinile di Migliarina & Montozzi was born in vineyards located in a hilly area between Arezzo, Siena and Florence. Its name derives from the passion of Antonio Bartolini Baldelli, owner of the company, for music, which like wine gives emotions, experiences and dreams, to be shared with the utmost sincerity.
It is produced 70% with Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% with Sangiovese, rigorously harvested by hand. The grapes ferment in cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C, then the Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in steel, while the Sangiovese in French oak barrels for 12 months.
It is characterized by a garnet red color with purple hues. The nose has deep hints of black berried fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries, enriched with toasted notes. The palate is full, with a good structure and softness. The tannic presence is balanced, good acidity.
Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with grilled red meats.
