Description

The Tuscany Symbiosis of Bindi Sergardi was born in vineyards located in the Sienese hills. Its name represents the union of the two families, Bindi and Sergardi, and of the grapes from the Sorbino and Fòrcoli vineyards.

It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet and Sauvignon grapes in the same percentage. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 28/30 ° C for 18-21 days. Subsequently, the wine ages in oak barriques for about 18 months, before being aged in bottle for a further 12 months.

Symbiosis is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The wine has a large and complex bouquet, with an excellent balance between wood and fruit, with evident aromas of cinnamon, cassis, toasted hazelnut and pleasant hints of incense. In the mouth it simultaneously expresses volume, sweetness and softness. The wine also has an important structure with excellent tannic texture.

Perfect to accompany red meats, roasts and game, it is also ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
