Description

The Toscano IGP Artimino Extra Virgin Olive Oil originates from the highest hills of the estate, in an unspoiled and historically rich natural setting. It is produced from selected olive trees grown with sustainable methods, in an environment that has stood the test of time, giving rise to a precious oil that embodies the essence of Tuscan tradition. It is IGP certified, symbolizing authenticity and respect for the territory.

The olives, of the Moraiolo, Leccino, and to a lesser extent Frantoio varieties, are hand-picked through stripping and cold pressed within six hours of harvesting. The oil is then filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to maintain its characteristics. Every stage of the process is subjected to strict controls to ensure quality and traceability, in compliance with the regulations.

The color is bright green with golden reflections that evolve over time. On the nose, there are fresh scents of artichoke, almond, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a perfect balance between bitterness and spiciness, offering a sensation of freshness and structure that is expressed with elegance and naturalness.

Ideal for enhancing Mediterranean dishes such as salads, legumes, bruschetta, or steamed fish.
