Description
The Tralcetto 0.0% Rosso is a dealcoholized wine produced in Abruzzo from Italian red grapes, reflecting the extensive experience of Cantina Zaccagnini, founded in 1978 in Bolognano. This wine is crafted to offer a modern and conscious alternative, designed for those who wish to savor a quality red without alcohol content, while retaining the emotions of traditional wine.
Dealcoholization occurs through vacuum distillation on evaporation columns, allowing selective removal of ethanol. In the first stage, the most volatile aromas are recovered, followed by the gradual removal of alcohol through thermal changes. The original aromas are then reintegrated into the dealcoholized wine, resulting in a product with an alcohol content of 0.0%, maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the original wine.
In appearance, it is bright red with brilliant reflections. The aroma is fragrant, with hints of red fruits and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is round and smooth, with delicate tannins and a dynamic, pleasantly eccentric finish that makes it versatile and accessible.
Ideal to accompany flavorful appetizers, light cured meats, or well-seasoned vegetarian dishes.
