Description

Tommasi's Arele red wine takes its name from the traditional wooden and bamboo trellises where the grapes are placed.

It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Merlot grapes. 30% of the grapes are partially dried for approx. 45 days. The grapes are fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature, and then the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months.

Arele is characterized by an intense ruby red. The nose is intense, with aromas of ripe red fruit, plum and spicy and ethereal notes. The sip is well balanced between freshness and flavor and has an excellent persistence.

Perfect to accompany red and white meats, it is ideal in combination with semi-mature cheeses.
