Description

The Trentino Müller Thurgau of La Vis is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Giovo and Meano, in the province of Trento.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand in the second ten days of September. After soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on its lees for 5-6 months before bottling.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with fruity hints of green apple and lychee, enriched with floral essences of lily of the valley and jasmine. On the palate it is rich and savory, characterized by good harmony and good structure.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany fish dishes, also raw, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
